The perfect hotel for librarians.

While I was flipping through the pages of the January/February issue of Poets & Writers, I found an ad for the Library Hotel.

The Library Hotel is a “luxury boutique” located in the Manhattan area of New York City, conveniently close to the NYPL.

Each of the ten floors are focused on a category from the Dewey Decimal System. Of course it is a luxury boutique, so it comes with a luxury price. Perhaps I’ll splurge for my birthday and stay the night on the Literature or History floor.

Cute, right?

  1. I wonder why it took someone so long to come up with the idea. Think of the passion so many people have for books! This would seem to be a natural.
