I had a nice little run of posting regularly and just like that, it’s gone.
And it’s not like I don’t have ideas on what to write. I created several posts that I could repeat, in case I hit a slump (like The Holds List, Sheets & Pages, etc.), but that hasn’t worked either.
Ah well, it is what it is.
Not much has been going on though. I’m still working from home, but about 50% of folks at my job have at least received their first dose of the covid vaccine and there is talk about returning to the office at a larger capacity. I say larger because there are already some people who work in the building. I think there will still be telework options for at least a few months, but I definitely need to invest in buying a few work outfits that fit, cause that covid 15 got me.
On another note, my cousin was featured on Finding Your Roots a few weeks ago and it was so fascinating to learn things I didn’t know about my family. When I was working at NARA, during my downtime I’d get on Ancestry to see if I could find my ancestors, but I’d could never get very far. Genealogy isn’t easy, but Henry Louis Gates, Jr. must have a team of experts that helps him.
I don’t know why I added that picture of me in the LED mask to this post, other than the fact that I received it as a birthday gift…, but on the skincare tip, the moisturizer I’m using now might be holy grail. Still need to add a cleanser & sunscreen to that mix before the end of this year.
